FAST DELIVERY AND NEATLY PACKAGED BY ACTUAL AMSTERDAM

When you order online at Actual Amsterdam, you are guaranteed a fast delivery time for all your favorite clothing. Once your order is received, we will prepare it immediately. Your package will be neatly and carefully packed. If you order before 5 PM, there's a good chance you'll receive your package the next day! This delivery time does not apply to weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays. In those cases, the delivery time is 1-2 business days. Some items may have a slightly longer delivery time.

To track your order, you will need a tracking code, which we will send to you via email. You can then track your order using the following link: Track & Trace.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us. At Actual Amsterdam, you have the right to return items within 30 days. This period begins on the day you receive your order. You will be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the items from your home to the web shop are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the owed order amount within 14 days after notifying us of your return, provided that the product has been received back in good condition.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For purchases made in the webshop of Actual Amsterdam, you can return items within 30 days of receipt. During this period, you should handle the products with care.

Items that CAN be returned:

• The clothing items must not have been worn (except for trying them on).
• The product must be unworn and unwashed.
• The clothing items must have the original labels attached.
• If the clothing items have manufacturing defects (such as a loose stitch, stain, or other types of defects).
• Clothing items must be sent back in their original packaging.

Items that CANNOT be returned:

• If the label/original packaging is missing or removed.
• If there are clear signs of use (makeup and lipstick stains, loose hairs, odors, etc.).

FOR RETURNING ITEMS, THERE ARE 2 OPTIONS:

1. Refund of the purchase amount.
2. Adjustment of the AfterPay invoice.

For returns originating from the Netherlands, this is €6.95 per order.
For returns from Western & Eastern Europe, these costs are €13 per order.
